Vimercate Salute S.p.A. is a project company created in 2006. It signed, with Infrastrutture Lombarde S.p.A. and Azienda Ospedaliera di Vimercate e Desio (Grantors), the public concession contract aimed at the construction of the new Vimercate Hospital and the related management of non-health services for a period of 25 years (expiring in 2030).The hospital was built through theexecution of an EPC contract stipulated by theATI (Temporary Association of Companies) of the partners-constructors (principal Inso S.p.A, a company controlled by Condotte at the time). The industrial management of the project was entrusted, through an O&M contract until the end of the concession, to theATI of the partner-managers, including Finso S.p.A., a general contractor of the Fincantieri Group, and its subsidiary Sof S.p.A., which specializes in Facility Management.
