Genesi Due SpA was established with the sole corporate purpose of fulfilling the construction and subsequent management of non-medical services (routine maintenance and heat and utilities management) of theMichele and Pietro Ferrero Hospital in Verduno (CN), in compliance with the terms of the concession contract signed withASL CN2 in 2005
The construction time was extended for nearly 15 years (due to hydrogeological problems), and the management of Concession services of the New Hospital began on May 1, 2020.
The management of industrial maintenance and utilities services is entrusted, through O&M contracts, to Rekeep S.p.A., while the commercial areas are the responsibility of the Concessionaire
