Genesi Uno SpA was established in February 2005 with the sole corporate purpose of fulfilling the construction and subsequent management of non-medical services (laundry, catering, cleaning, routine maintenance of civil facilities and works, etc.) of the Nuovo Ospedale di Legnano (New Legnano Hospital), in compliance with the terms of the concession contract signed in March 2005 withASST Ovest Milanese (former Azienda Ospedaliera "Ospedale di Legnano").
On February 28, 2010 , construction work on the New Legnano Hospital, entrusted to the Consortium Builder New Legnano Hospital (Co.Co.Nol), was completed . Specifically, on September 15, 2010, the Provisional Acceptance Certificate was obtained. The industrial management of services has been entrusted, through O&M contracts, to leading market players such as Rekeep S.p.A., EcoEridania S.p.A., Servizi Ospedalieri S.p.A., under the supervision of HISI Srl.
