Changes in the ownership structure of Euganea Sanità: HISI now holds the majority share.
Important news in the corporate structure of Euganea Sanità. As of April 30, 2025, the composition of the shareholdings changes, which is distributed as follows: Hisi Srl holds the majority share with 50.5 percent, followed by Gemmo Spa with 39.6 percent, while the remaining 9.9 percent is in the hands of other shareholders.
This arrangement is the result of the acquisition by Hisi Srl of the 10 percent stake previously held by Sinloc Spa. Hisi Srl, a company specializing in the development, implementation and management of infrastructure in the health and social-health sector, with this transaction further consolidates its role in the national integrated health care scene.
