Founded in 2007, HISI S.r.l. is a limited liability company owned by one Fund managed/advised by F2i Life Spa:

F2i manages/advises over € 7 bn in a comprehensive range of infrastructure assets, focusing on logistics, transport energy, telecommunications, distribution, circular economy and healthcare infrastructures.

HISI cooperates with private companies to increase the project value, relying on a highly skilled partner in implementation and management of public infrastructure projects.
By transferring its shares of an SPV to HISI, private companies can reduce the capital exposure and deconsolidate the SPV from balance sheet.

HISI invests in SPVs and in the directly connected O&M Management Companies created for the execution of the Concession Service; the latter through a fully owned subsidiary, HISI Management S.r.l.

HISI could be seen as:

• Financial vehicle for long term investments in special purpose entities;
• Developer in Project Financing initiatives;
• Manager and coordinator of the O&M services.
